Under moderate supervision, provide initial technical product support to customers by handling inquiries and troubleshooting technical product-related issues. Gather information to identify and assess nature of problem. Typically refer to transcript or established process in training manuals and guides to recommend solutions. Handle moderately complex issues.

• Formation : formation supérieure Bac +3 en lien avec le poste.

• Expérience : une première solide expérience est recherchée pour la bonne tenue du poste.

• Langues : maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel fortement souhaitée.

• Qualités : autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation, goût pour le terrain et forte orientation solution afin d’apporter des réponses concrètes aux besoins clients.

Comment vous allez faire la différence

• Prendre en charge de la commande complexe au sein du service client en relation avec le client et les services internes

• Saisir les commandes complexes liées à l’Instrumentation : relations avec le service relance d’offres, les services clients, le magasin, et travail en collaboration avec nos vendeurs spécialisés

• Soutenir l’équipe sur le suivi approvisionnement et logistiques des commandes Instrumentation : relations avec l'équipe, fournisseurs, approvisionneurs et transporteurs et logistiques

• Gestion de commandes à forte valeur

• Collaboration et suivi des prestations avec l’ensemble des intervenants
