Missions:
Le chargé de clientèle travaille en binôme avec les consultants force de vente. (60%)
- Assurer le support quotidien de tous les clients abonnés à la force de vente (Utilisation des reportings force de vente, LD, refontes)
- Relation au quotidien avec les responsables des outils liés au service force de vente des clients (FDV)
- Contact régulier avec les responsables outils FDV des clients sur l’utilisation des reportings et sur notre plateforme Liquid Data
- Réponse aux questions clients sur les indicateurs, sur l'utilisation de notre plateforme ou stories mises en place et sur des analyses simples
- Vente de licences, stories ou formations auprès des clients
- S’assure du bon retour des clients sur le ou les questionnaires de satisfaction force de vente
Gestion de projets en interne (30%)
- Mise en place d’études simples en coordination avec les consultants
- Suivi rigoureux des projets techniques en interne (FDT/Communication avec les équipes de production/Refontes)
- Développement de manuels d’utilisation
- Mise à jour des fichiers clients
Collaboration efficace avec l’équipe FDV (10%)
- Relation quotidienne avec ses binômes consultants et le responsable force de vente
- Garant du succès des missions confiées par les consultants et le responsable force de vente

Atouts
- BAC +3 au minimum, spécialisation Commerce, Management, Marketing
- Expérience d’au moins 2ans sur un poste au sein d'un service support force de vente ou idéalement en tant que Chef de Secteur, Category manager lors d'un stage ou d'une alternance
- Expertise et compétences en coordination de projets
- Très bon relationnel clients (externes et internes)
- Rigueur, structure et organisation dans ses taches quotidiennes notamment lors de réponses auprès des clients
- Maîtrise des basiques de l’analyse de données / études ou analyses panels
- Maîtrise d’excel
- Un niveau B2 d'anglais au minimum serait avantageux

Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales support role or as a Business Unit Manager or Category Manager during an internship or apprenticeship
- Expertise in project coordination
- Excellent client relations skills (external and internal)
- Rigorous, structured, and organized in daily tasks especially in client responses
- Knowledge of data analysis basics / studies or panel analysis
- Mastery of Excel
- At least a B2 level in English would be advantageous
