Workplace Investing Digital Shared Services Chapter Leader
The Team
Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) Digital Shared Services Technology team designs, develops, implements, and supports WI’s suite of Digital applications. As chapter lead, you will set the direction across the development teams through hands-on leadership.
The Expertise You Have
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability leading and developing technology associates
- Proven experience leading cross functional development teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mindset and an ability to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company
- Experience working in an Agile software development framework
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

- Lead a development team, (including hiring, performance assessments) and mentor the team to their full potential

- Work with scrum masters and product owners to plan releases and coordinate development activities
- Collaborate with technology and business partners across Fidelity to provide strategic input into their roadmaps
- Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, adapt and strive to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to be highly organized, very responsive, and committed to quality and high standards
