As Chapter Lead , you will lead a chapter of Platform Engineers with 10-12 direct reports. You are the go-to for people leadership and will pave the way to nurture and further uplift our engineering skills and capabilities – in the public cloud space( AWS) , platform engineering tuned with the DevSecOps model and also have a hand in our upcoming genAI capability boost .

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who are essentially into :

  • Public Cloud - AWS

  • Infrastructure/systems engineering

  • Scripting and Automation - python/java/ruby or similar.

  • Hands-on experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure via code

  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on the following concepts: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, logging and monitoring.

  • Demonstrated track record of uplifting culture and engagement of technology teams

  • Developing technical, interpersonal and leadership skills of the Engineering teams in a structured way

  • Providing mentoring to Engineers .

  • Strong presentation, verbal communication, and written communications skills

  • Contributing to thought leadership on Engineering best practice within team and across the CBA Group
