This position supports DTNA’s Fleet Services Group (FSG) by expanding FSG Services opportunities within existing large customer accounts. This role focuses on strengthening DTNA’s position in the resale and service lifecycle by driving service retention, lifecycle value, and brand loyalty at the point of vehicle turnover.
Working closely with the Manager, Channel Sales, this position develops programs, tools, and partnerships that help fleets and remarketing partners capture additional value through FSG Services. The role is critical in ensuring DTNA’s Go2030 strategy delivers measurable lifecycle and aftermarket growth.

Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Customer Channel Growth & Support

    Develop and execute strategies to grow remarketing sales with existing large fleets, lease partners, and resale customers.

    Promote FSG Services to increase resale value, customer confidence, and network retention.

    Collaborate with sales and service teams to align remarketing offerings with fleet contract terms and trade cycles.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    Serve as the primary contact for remarketing initiatives within DTNA’s key customer base.

    Work directly with fleet remarketing departments, resale managers, and customer sales teams to ensure consistent program execution.

    Provide customer support and training on FSG Services, resale processes, and lifecycle best practices.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis

    Track remarketing channel performance and report KPIs including FSG Services activations, renewals, and revenue per resale.

    Identify data-driven insights to improve participation and profitability across customer portfolios.

    Support business reviews and performance presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner with Marketing, Warranty, Legal, Product, and Connectivity teams to ensure alignment and compliance across all remarketing programs.

    Work with Finance and Operations to streamline billing, claims, and reporting processes.

    Support the development of go-to-market materials and lifecycle sales tools promoting FSG Services.

  • Strengthen DTNA’s remarketing initiatives by integrating FSG Services into the vehicle resale lifecycle.

  • Expand retention opportunities aligned with the Go2030 strategy to deliver measurable customer value and network growth.

  • Enhance DTNA’s customer loyalty by maximizing uptime, resale value, and aftermarket participation throughout the ownership cycle.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent degree) and 5+ years of experience in sales, fleet account management, or remarketing

  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to build trust across multiple customer levels.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple customer accounts.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% to support customer visits, remarketing events, and internal meetings.

  • An attached resume is required.
