Who we are looking for: 
 
As a Channel Sales Manager for Velixo, you will focus on current and prospective Channel Partners in a specific area and develop strategies to increase Velixo's Products and Services sales through those defined Partners. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to drive revenue generation for the assigned Region and Area. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 

  • Build and deepen relationships with Channel Partner accounts to create increased sales opportunities. 
  • Identify and acquire new prospects via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business. 
  • Develop, maintain a sales strategy, and organize QBR meetings for your Partner accounts. Use the business plan as a roadmap for go-to-market program development, including sales goals. 
  • Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
  • Develop a firm understanding of Velixo’s technology and software solutions and demonstrate the software to prospective customers & partners. 
  • Contract management. 
  • Be seen and treated by Partners as a trusted and valued resource to them. 
  • Collaborate with the field marketing organization to plan, deliver, and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each Partner across the region. 
  • Work with peers across Velixo, field and marketing organizations to ensure that best practices are utilized to drive effective Partner campaigns. 
  • Ensure accurate reporting of key activities and update information in the Velixo CRM database. 
  • Proactively Scheduling webinars with existing partner customer base. 

 
Requirements: 

  • +3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills. 
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales. 
  • High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization. 
  • Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts in a distributed environment. 
  • Past experience successfully selling ERP Software. 
  • Ability to travel occasionally ( 15%)
