Scale is a vital part of Uptycs security analytics platform and solutions. We are growing exponentially, and you will be on the front lines of expanding the reach of our channel partner network to reach more enterprise clients who benefit from our unique and expansive approach to cybersecurity.
Our Channel Sales Manager - UKI and EMEA North will cover the UK, Ireland, and EMEA North, playing an instrumental role in building and growing successful, long-term channel partnerships with key players in cybersecurity. As Channel Sales Manager, you will identify and build new partnerships and expand on existing partnerships, leveraging the possibilities with Uptycs Security Analytics Platform to drive interest and quickly onboard and ramp new partners and contacts as a critical extension of our sales team.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Uptycs platform, carry that depth and enthusiasm into partner conversations, work across various teams within the partner and Uptycs ecosystem to increase partner sourced opportunities, pipeline, and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and orchestrate all channel partner interaction in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA North
- Align Partner and Uptycs field sales teams toward effective engagement to identify, qualify, accelerate, and close new business - both via partner sourced and teaming opportunities
- Drive high ROI joint marketing programs with Uptycs marketing and your focus partners
- Exceed channel sales targets, including sales quota as well as partner sourced deal registrations, pipeline, enablement, and other goals
- Actively participate on a growing channel and sales team as a senior team member to help improve the effectiveness of Uptycs' partner program, partner enablement, partner marketing and messaging, and more
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience working with resellers, integrators, and other solution providers as a Channel Sales Manager (CSM), Channel Account Manager (CAM), or Account Manager
- Cybersecurity experience required - cloud security experience strongly preferred
- Executive Level relationships with key partners in the region and the ability to secure exec meetings
- Deal-driven mentality with the ability get face time every week with partner sales teams to demonstrate the value of Uptycs solutions and approach to their growth
- Experience with leading cybersecurity partners in UK, Nordics, and BeNeLux
- Rich understanding of the security reseller business model, including how they GTM, how their sales teams are compensated, and how to integrate Uptycs as one of their ideal ISV solutions
- Respected and engaged team member - with experience and references that back up your "can-do" approach to building consensus, going above and beyond, and driving results together
- History of overachievement on quota and channel KPIs
- Strong presentation, CRM/PRM administration, and interpersonal skills
- Independent, goal-oriented work ethic that thrives in a high-growth culture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - preferably in business, engineering, or computer science
- Able to travel 50%+ whenever needed
