What you will do

1. Drive business growth across Spain, Portugal, Czech, and Polanda, by executing sales targets and regional market development plans.

2. Manage day-to-day communication with distributors and retail partners in assigned territories, ensuring timely execution of orders, inventory management, promotions, merchandising, marketing assets, and content updates.

3. Lead new product launches, promotional initiatives, and in-store optimization projects, while tracking sell-in and sell-out performance and providing actionable business feedback.

4. Support sales forecasting, regional data collection, and performance reporting to ensure accurate and timely business insights.

5. Regularly report to management on sales performance, channel development, campaign ROI, and competitive market intelligence, while recommending resource allocation and strategic adjustments to accelerate growth.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Native-level French and fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational business environment.

2. 2-5 years of experience leading region-wide or translating global marketing efforts within multiple marketing functions to execute cohesive, full-funnel campaigns at a regional level

3. Demonstrated success in agency partnership across creative, media, or both

4. Strong in communication and execution, with the ability to drive projects and business initiatives to completion. Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and business execution.

5. Expertise in owning end-to-end campaigns that drive and demonstrate quantifiable business impact.
