We are looking for a Channel Representative for Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for driving rigor, consistency, and scalable performance across our distribution partners for the nVent brands CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX, and HOFFMAN.

A key priority will be to support cross-selling opportunities across the nVent brand portfolio and to contribute to the strategic development and potential consolidation of distribution partners based on data-driven insights. You will coordinate between channel partners, local sales teams, and supporting functions. You will ensure channel strategies, benchmark reporting, and operating processes are accomplished consistently and effectively.

  • Drive channel governance across Spain and Portugal, ensuring consistent execution of channel strategies, programs, and policies

  • Provide strategic insights on the distribution partner landscape and drive distribution consolidation initiatives where this improves focus, coverage, performance, or scalability

  • Own channel indicator dashboards and performance reporting, including sales, sell-out, POS data, and key channel metrics

  • Build and negotiate yearly sales and marketing plans with distribution partners, including adoption of the full nVent offering through cross-selling, new product introductions, and vertical growth initiatives

  • Handle inventory and product availability by working closely with distributors on stock levels, service performance, and forecasting to support end-customer needs

  • Standardize channel operating processes, including planning, reporting, program tracking, and critical issue flows

  • Support the Channel leadership team with performance insights, business reviews, and executive-ready dashboards

  • Enable scalability by reducing ad hoc ways of working and building repeatable, structured operating models for the region

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field is preferred

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, sales, purchasing, or other commercial roles

  • Proven experience handling complex tasks, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving structured project execution

  • Previous experience in electrical manufacturing, distribution, or a related B2B industrial environment is an advantage

  • Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or CRM systems

  • Spanish language skills at native or bilingual level & additional professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required; Portuguese language skills represent a strong advantage.

You combine strong commercial awareness with analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to work optimally across teams and cultures. You are comfortable working with data, processes, and interested parties, and you can translate business performance into clear insights and practical actions!

WE HAVE:

  • A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day
