About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Channel Sales Manager, LATAM to drive partner growth across Latin America.

In this role, you'll develop and strengthen a network of distributors, resellers, and strategic partners while driving regional sales performance through channel relationships. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand market reach, enable partner success, identify new business opportunities, and consistently exceed regional sales objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships, developing partner ecosystems, and working with innovative B2B software solutions in an international environment.

What You'll DoChannel Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute annual channel sales strategies aligned with regional business objectives.

• Identify and develop new partner opportunities throughout Latin America.

• Drive sustainable revenue growth through distributors and reseller networks.

• Create joint business plans with strategic partners.

Partner Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and enable new channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and resellers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts.

• Conduct regular business reviews to maximize partner performance.

Sales Enablement

• Deliver product and commercial training to partner sales teams.

• Support partners throughout the sales cycle.

• Coach partners to identify and close new business opportunities.

• Ensure partners have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.

Forecasting & Performance Management

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

• Monitor partner performance against revenue goals.

• Keep CRM records current and accurate.

• Analyze regional performance and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams.

• Coordinate regional partner marketing initiatives.

• Support product launches and commercial enablement activities.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Proven experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, or B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.

• Demonstrated success growing revenue through distributors and reseller networks.

• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing channel partners.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and software licensing models.

• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

• Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout Latin America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies.

• Experience supporting Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), Media & Entertainment, or related industries.

• Familiarity with CAD, BIM, visualization, 3D design, or similar software solutions.

• Experience managing regional channel programs across Latin America.
