We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Channel Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic partner engagement and account-based outreach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in relationship-building, and is passionate about creating opportunities through innovative outreach methods.

What You’ll Do Here:

  •  Partner Engagement & Enablement:
    • Identify, qualify, and onboard potential channel partners.
    • Support partners with the tools, resources, and training necessary to drive sales success.
    • Create and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (emails, calls, and social selling) to generate qualified leads.
    • Work closely with the sales team to transition opportunities seamlessly.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate lead, partner, and account data.
    • Provide regular reports on key metrics, including lead conversion rates and partner performance.

What You’ll Need To Thrive:

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships or business development.
  • Familiarity with channel sales or partner management is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in lead generation or partner engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong).
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Passionate about technology, partnerships, and customer success.

How We’ll Take Care Of You:  

Your starting cash compensation for this role is $78,000 + $42,000 OTC. This cash compensation is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
