ISS-Corporate is hiring! We're seeking a sales and relationship management individual for a uniquely collaborative sales and channel partnership position within ISS-Corporate. This position will identify and partner on referral and retention opportunities for our leading online and advisory based corporate governance, executive compensation, sustainability, and financial analysis solutions. Working with the Head of Partnership Strategy and the broader ISS-Corporate Sales team, the goals of the position will be to maintain and grow the annual referral channel for ISS-Corporate, partner to increase client retention for first year Compensation clients, and manage a existing professional advisory firm accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Provide sales support for new sales and retention efforts
- Manage advisory firm lead queue
- Engage in outbound prospecting both for direct sales and referrals
- Handle account management responsibilities for advisory firms, and serve as a liaison with account executives
- Meet revenue goals by partnering with other sales team members to close new solutions and improve retention of existing subscriptions
- Partner with members of the ICS advisory team to deliver excellent service and insights to clients
- Assist in product development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities
What We Need from You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related study or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial corporate or consulting area; experience in team selling highly desirable
- Superior analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Able to work independently and as part of team
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with consultants at professional advisory firms

This role can be based in Rockville, MD or Washington, DC.

The Rockville office located is one mile from the Shady Grove Red Line metro station, with free shuttle service between the metro and office.

The Washington, DC location is Metro accessible.
Base salary: The Rockville, MD and DC expected base pay range is $80,000- $95,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
