Responsibilities :

The Channel Programs Admin is mandated to prepare monthly Loyalty Perks and other Channel Programclaims validation report for the purpose of payout to partner resellers. This entails a series of validation steps to ensure the veracity and eligibility of the claims received over a particular period. The role has a monthly activity cadence at the end of which he/she is expected to submit the claims validation report to our third-party agency who will execute the payments.

Moreover, she/he is also expected to perform other tasks such as, but not limited to tracking and processing claims for the SLED team.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Extract Submissions and Payout Report from Workstride site
  • Process report by checking for duplicates and scrub serial numbers against CDM portal and D365 to avoid double payment
  • Update the Claims Report based on the results of the validation process
  • Upload the Claims Report to the Workstride site
  • Prepare final report according to specifications making sure total amount payable is clearly indicated
  • Initiate request for approval and ensure report is available to the third-party agency for them to execute payment
  • Update PBI dashboard (title: Loyalty Perks Report) with latest validated data
  • Process DMR and Insight Monthly Claims report and ensure calculation is correct and coordinate with Rebates Team for them to check and validate
  • Receive and download Orion Report; ensure this is saved and uploaded to the proper location
  • Process SLED Claims Report using the template including upload of report to portal.lexmark.com
  • Liaise with key contacts to ensure status of work is communicated as well as challenges that may be encountered
  • Coordinate with Sales Support Team to verify serial numbers and claims and other issues that may arise
  • Perform any other tasks that may be required by the business

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Computer and systems literate, spreadsheets skills, analytical skills
  • Proficient knowledge with MS Excel & Database applications
  • Works with no or little direct supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business-related
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years experience working in a similar capacity with experience in using spreadsheets and calculations
