Job Summary
The Channel Partner Marketing Specialist – EMEA is responsible for enabling and supporting the company’s distributor and dealer network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all channel‑related marketing activities, ensuring partners are equipped with the right tools, materials, information, and event support to effectively position solutions and engage customers. The role works closely with regional Channel Sales Managers, the Regional Training team, Market Development Managers, and Regional Marketing Communications (Marcoms) to drive consistent, high‑quality channel marketing execution and measurable outcomes across the region.
The role reports to the Director Business Development & Marketing EMEA and is part of the Marketing organization. Is is remote and can be in placed in one of the following countries: Poland, UAE or United Kingdom.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead Product & Partner Marketing Communications incl. Channel Partner Marketing Support & Enablement
- Support Events, Seminars & Campaigns including coordination, creating and shipping of branded marketing material
- Action on Generation & Lead Management Governance
- Define and track Performance and Channel Marketing KPIs including continuous improvement across the channel network & Partner Reviews
- Manage Channel Marketing Budget & Invoices
- Be the Voice of the channel partner for marketing‑related content, tools, needs, and feedback including Cross-Functional Coordination
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience in channel partner or distributor marketing campaigns across EMEA (ideally within a B2B or life sciences) including support of events
- Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% within EMEA
