About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Partner Marketing Manager to support our focus partners in the North American territory, including Canada. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the success of our channel partner program, driving marketing initiatives that align with sales objectives, and building a scalable model for our expanding partner ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create and execute plans that drive lead generation and pipeline growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Collaboration:
- Align with channel partner leadership to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives and partner goals.
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor for regional partners and key focus partners, delivering customized marketing plans.
- Build, launch, and measure the success of comprehensive channel partner marketing plans across various partner segments.
- Engage and collaborate with field marketing, social, and content teams to amplify partner campaigns, events, and promotions.
Program Development & Execution:
- Drive partner engagement through strategic use of the Five9 Partner Portal, webinars, certifications (Five9 University), and events.
- Manage a high volume of partner marketing requests, including branding, promotions, advertising, content creation, and event support.
- Lead the coordination of regional partner marketing events, ensuring their alignment with broader business objectives.
Communication & Reporting:
- Develop and execute communication strategies, including internal win announcements, case studies, and joint marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent communication with internal teams and partners through regular updates, scaling efforts as the business grows.
- Submit weekly and quarterly reports detailing marketing activities and their impact on partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue.
Budget Management:
- Take ownership of marketing budgets, including invoice submissions, vendor management, and budget reconciliation.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing spend to optimize return on investment and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Support:
- Support the channel partner leadership team with sales enablement activities, including industry presentations, trainings, and partner events.
- Attend and contribute to partner meetings and key events to support marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in partner operations, sales, or marketing within a channel partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record in managing complex partner ecosystems, with a strategic understanding of sales and marketing motions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, focusing on delivering an excellent partner experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Experience with event planning, budget management, and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technology or software services marketing.
- Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and platforms to drive partner success.
- Plus if fluent in French.
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below.
$87,400—$163,700 USD
