Job Description
Mature and independent individual who manages the relationships, business plans and sales volumes of a group of Reseller/Distributors (Channel Partners), including sales activities, marketing initiatives, advertising rollouts, sales promotions, channel partner trainings, and other channel management related support.
Currently on a career level role holding a good sales track record experience and has a full understanding of the Channel Management responsibilities You will be responsible for managing a list of channel partners in Thailand. This will include
channel partner’s sales target growth and development, as well as the partners' and end users' (customers) satisfaction.
Clearly understand channel partner needs and works timely to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities and collaborates with channel partner to generate sales growth.
Operates and works independently; receiving minimal guidance and generally only on the most complex issues; consults on issues as needed or requested.
Ability to resolve complex and unique issues in the broad area of Channel Partner Management; determines and modifies methods and approaches to find solutions within the company’s compliance framework.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science or equivalent.
Post-graduate, Relevant Certification and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
