The Channel Partner Manager EMEA is responsible for managing Channel Partners Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region and is accountable for Channel Partner performance.

This position reports to the VP Sales EMEA&APAC and is part of the EMEA sales team and will be based remotely in Germany.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in EMEA region

  • Proactively seek and find new CPs in the territories not served by IDT business, sign up new CPs by issuing contractual re-seller agreements, support product and sales trainings, monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity based KPIs, set up sales targets and take full responsibility in achieving and exceeding set targets, track team and associate level KPIs to drive team to achieve targets in the region.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP-assigned territories.

  • Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face to face meetings and applying DBS tools

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences Preferred or combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA min 3 years

  • Experience in leading teams min 3 years

  • High level of life sciences business acumen

  • Proficient in English

  • Exposure to public tenders/frame works processes/procurement business is a plus

  • Experience with CRM (SFDC)

Travel Requirements:

  • The position is based in EMEA with the 50% of travel, primarily within EMEA.

  • When not travelling, Channel Partner Manager is expected to work out of home office.
