The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

As a Channel & Operations Specialist for the Dental Solutions Business in Export Markets (APAC & USAC), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: 

  • Driving sales growth under responsibility according to the Export Markets strategic plan. Leading the E2E Account set-up process and maintaining Customer Engagement with top accounts, distributor contract negotiations, set-up, maintenance, compliance, supervision and communication.
  • Maintaining and improving remote communication with distributors and end-users. Handling non-routine and difficult inquiries. Adapting differing techniques and methods to develop channel solutions for a variety of opportunities.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the business goals, go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations in order to maximize impact through our Channel Partners to end-users
  • Maximizing Demand Generation and optimizing growth through effective portfolio management and marketing strategies, campaigns in prioritized geographies in collaboration with our Channel Partners.
  • Leverage sales analytics and market trends to develop marketing plans which include strategy, tactics and metrics aligned with the Dental Solutions Business strategic plans. Utilizes Marketing Development Funds to design, leverage and execute programs, campaigns and NPI launches

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited University (Marketing / Business Administration)
  • 4 plus years Business Experience or Channel / Key Account Management or Sales Management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Fluent in both English & Spanish
  • 4- 5 years Marketing experience would be preferrable
  • Computer Skills: It is essential to have moderate to high computer literacy skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills. Should have the ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels of business and customer personnel, including leadership/executive-level audience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing requirements to meet deadlines and critical needs
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize information into insights and narrative
  • Prioritization of many initiatives with tight timelines 

Work location:

  • USA- remote

Travel: May include up to 40% International

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
