We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Operations Manager for the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance partner engagement, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and channel partners.
 

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements, proactively leading projects to boost efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize the partner program framework. Develop and manage channel processes.

  • Oversee and manage the deal registration process in-region.

  • Provide training to the internal channel team on best practices and processes. Contribute to a seamless onboarding of new partners.

  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation as part of the partner journey framework.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual agreements, pricing and discounting structure, and industry regulations.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to partners and channel team on partner portal and channel sales processes.
     

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • 3+ years experience working in a sales/channel operations role.

  • Proven track record working with channel partners and solid knowledge of the indirect sales (Distribution and VAR) model.

  • Solid project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to various levels within the organization.

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of key technologies and markets.

  • Strong sense of initiative and detail.

  • Ability to assess complex situations and strong attitude to problem solving.

  • Able to cope with a certain degree of ambiguity.

  • Working knowledge of data analysis to run basic Excel formulae.

  • Second language working knowledge is a plus.
