The Agent Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the Team Lead in managing the day-to-day operations of the Agent/Channel Management business unit. This position focuses on driving efficiency in agent onboarding, reactivation, and channel programs while ensuring compliance and process optimization.

- Support the Team Lead in overseeing daily operations within the Agent/Channel Management unit.
- Manage end-to-end processes for new agent onboarding and agent reactivation.
- Assist in the execution of channel programs, including the Partner Program and Agent Registration.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience with matrix working environment and multiple stakeholders’ management.
- Strong organizational, process and project management skills
- Data driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- B2B Sales or Channel operations experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and operational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance and service standards.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
