The Customer First XLOB Marketing team is committed to driving growth and increasing digital engagement through centralized communication strategies that target multi-product customers across Chase's six business lines. We focus on driving growth, reinforcing value, and leveraging data to influence our strategies.
As a Channel Marketing Senior Associate on the Customer First Marketing team, you'll spend your days collaborating with strategy leads and partners to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns that reach customers across Chase's six business lines. Your work will directly impact how customers engage with our digital products, helping to simplify their experience and drive growth. By managing and improving digital content, you'll play a key role in shaping communication strategies that reinforce Chase's value and support our mission to put customers first. Job responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recertification, development, and optimization of digital content. This includes coordinating with relevant teams to ensure all necessary updates and checks are completed.
  • Work closely with strategy leads, key stakeholders, and execution partners to manage and assist in marketing content recertification and development. Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget. Provide support in tracking progress and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the creative development process by assisting in the creation and optimization of digital content. Support the team in brainstorming and developing innovative ideas to enhance digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to identify opportunities and strategies based on data-driven insights. Assist in the framework for measurement and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of digital content and campaigns.
  • Support the coordination of multi-channel execution, working across LOBs and functional teams, such as Brand marketing, audience targeting, analytics, digital asset build, Legal and Regulatory Review, and others, to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
  • Follow a structured marketing execution process to deliver each phase of the program effectively, from creative agency kick-off to launch.
  • Utilize business-approved tools (such as Adtrax and Workflow) to ensure content and execution for tactics are properly documented, approved, on time, within budget, and comply with all Audit and Controls requirements.
  • Provide recommendations based on results and contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve client experience and project performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing/Communications or related field
  • Digital consumer marketing experience in owned, earned and paid channels
  • 5+ years of professional experience that demonstrates an ability to manage projects/marketing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail; work well under pressure and tight deadlines; and manage multiple programs, each in a different state of completion
  • Willingness to \"roll up your sleeves\" and manage the details of marketing project execution
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • A demonstrated ability to work confidently with people in various departments and all-levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Show creativity and innovation while working within a structured marketing process; focus on continual process improvement to deliver efficiencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing projects and campaigns
  • Strong background in consumer marketing across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Creative, proactive and innovative approach to marketing, with a focus on process improvement
