Scope of Role:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase market share through our distribution channels. This role involves working closely with the commercial sales teams, distributors, and other partners to create and implement marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, generate demand, and foster strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns serve and support distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content to support channel marketing initiatives.
  • Training and Enablement: Develop training programs to educate channel partners on product offerings, value propositions, and sales technique in coordination with developing and implementing New Product Development commercial launches to the Distribution Channel.
  • Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, overseeing all logistical aspects and promotional strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively promote our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product management, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Digital Asset Management: Responsible for maintaining and updating Digital DAMs for Distribution Partners.
  • Budget Administration: Ensure spending for projects, activities and promotions are delivered within budget parameters and appropriate stakeholder approvals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, project management, or public relations
  • The ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media communication styles and social media tools
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative problem-solving skills, and the capability to get things done in a constantly changing environment.
  • Digital software aptitude such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Proven experience in supporting distribution channel sales and partner marketing needs.
  • Experience in tradeshow and event planning
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media administration
  • Experience in managing allocated budgets and spend.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate product features and benefits, while conveying technical information in a non-technical manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  •  Integrity, trust, and interpersonal savvy
  • Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills (written and verbal)
