Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.
Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.
The Marketing function at Nothing moves fast because we are small and independent. We are a sharp, results-driven group focused entirely on bringing our products to life in the hands of the community. You'll be the crucial link, the direct conduit between global brand vision and local market reality. Our challenge is building something better. A world where tech feels exciting and designed. Right now, that means tackling some critical problems in Eastern Europe and the Nordics. Your mission is to bridge the global brand strategy with local execution, scaling our presence by designing clear, impactful experiences that maximise sales at the point of purchase.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute tailored channel marketing strategies across all retail, telco, and distribution partners in Eastern Europe and the Nordics.
Lead on all Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing executions from designing standout in-store experiences (like 'shop in shops') to activating demo areas and premium point of sale displays.
Own the end-to-end marketing calendar for assigned markets, ensuring timely, integrated online and offline execution of campaigns.
Continuously monitor market data, customer behaviour, and competitive activity to fine-tune strategies with a pragmatic, data-led focus.
Plan and roll out channel-specific marketing initiatives aligned with regional priorities and sales objectives.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt BTL assets and campaign materials for local relevance, maintaining our designed aesthetic.
Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering clear reporting on ROI, engagement, and effectiveness to drive future improvements.
A minimum of 3 years’ channel marketing experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and driving marketing execution across multiple countries and remote teams.
A clear track record of excellence in execution and delivery. You're meticulous, organised, and refuse to settle for "good enough" in campaign rollout.
In-depth, current knowledge of the Telecom Retail landscape in Eastern Europe and Nordics is non-negotiable.
A strong sense of ownership and drive; you are highly proactive, can manage regional channel marketing budgets, and treat assigned markets as your own business.
A deeply pragmatism-led approach to marketing; you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, testing quickly, and using data to make direct, intentional decisions.
Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in a Nordic or Eastern European language is a powerful advantage in showing you are culturally aware.
We're building better tech by moving fast, and that demands a strong collective effort. To ensure rapid, friction-free collaboration and shared creative energy, physical presence is a core requirement at Nothing. This means working 5 days a week in the office and living within a 60-minute commute of the office location.

What We Do
Today, we’re left with just a few large incumbents. Lacking instinct and courage, they use research and analysis as crutches to make cold, unexciting and derivative products.
Consumers are bored, no longer inspired by technology and instead feel uneasy about big tech and its impact on people's lives and society.
Nothing is igniting change in the world.
We’re here to make tech fun again, unleash creativity, and inspire our community to shape the future with us.
