Abnormal Security is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing Field & Channel Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of partner marketing programs that fuel international growth. You’ll be responsible for building scalable co-marketing initiatives, driving partner enablement, and developing onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value for new partners.

What You'll Do- Design and execute international channel marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate partner-sourced revenue.
- Develop scalable onboarding and enablement frameworks to set new partners up for success and ensure they are aligned with Abnormal’s GTM strategy.
- Lead quarterly partner enablement experiences, including webinars, virtual sessions, and partner sales kickoffs.
- Collaborate with channel team members to identify, recruit, and launch strategic partners in key regions.
- Manage and optimize the partner portal, ensuring an excellent partner experience, access to key resources, and ongoing content updates.
- Drive execution of co-marketing campaigns with top partners, including events, digital campaigns, joint content, and localised partner efforts.
- Coordinate the deployment of SPIFFs and incentive programs, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with regional goals.
- Work closely with content, field marketing, and global campaigns teams to ensure partner materials and messaging are consistent, timely, and aligned to the overall brand narrative.
- Track program impact and performance across enablement, engagement, and pipeline influence—bringing insights and recommendations to quarterly reviews.

Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in channel or partner marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner programs from the ground up
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and multiple workstreams with precision
- An interest in growing within a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Impartner, Marketo, or WorkSpan
- Familiarity with partner personas (resellers, distributors, alliances, MSSPs)
- Experience supporting international go-to-market and regional marketing needs
- Background in event planning or campaign execution with partners
