Zoom is experiencing rapid growth in the DACH region and is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to drive
this momentum. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs
focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and channel partner engagement across the region.
About the Team
This is an individual contributor role within Zoom’s EMEA Marketing team, focused specifically on supporting
growth in the DACH region. As Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our
partner ecosystem by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness,
generate leads, and engage channel partners. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales, partner, and
marketing teams to accelerate Zoom’s presence and performance across the DACH market.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the channel marketing strategy for the DACH region, aligned with global and EMEA objectives
- Develop and execute joint marketing and go-to-market plans with reseller, distribution partners and static alliances to drive demand generation/revenue
- Support and enable partners in running Zoom campaigns, providing localized toolkits, content, and resources
- Plan and manage MDF, including budget allocation, program execution, and ROI tracking
- Work closely with channel sales teams to align on regional strategy and execution plans
- Produce and localize joint messaging, solution briefs, white papers, sales enablement tools, and other partner-facing content
- Organize and execute partner and customer-facing events (e.g. trade shows, field events, webinars) to drive engagement and lead generation
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve partner pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement to ensure partners are trained and aligned with Zoom’s program requirements
- Act as the voice of the DACH region, providing insights to inform broader EMEA and global channel strategy
What we’re looking for
- 5-10 years of experience in channel or partner marketing within a high-tech or SaaS company
- Proven expertise in developing and executing co-marketing strategies with EMEA partners, particularly in the DACH region
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong networker with the ability to understand complex partner organizations
- Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and systems integrators
- Experience managing joint go-to-market campaigns and delivering demand-generation results through partners
- Skilled at producing partner-focused assets, including solution briefs, messaging guides, and white papers
- Ability to build and manage MDF budgets effectively and measure impact
- Confident project manager with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Able to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and hybrid work environment
