What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for connecting strategic partners related to European Digital Power, and building a high-quality partnership platform; actively identifying opportunities and collaborating with partners to develop T2 partners and installers, driving effective growth in the digital power business; with NCs and installers as the primary customers, continuously strengthening customer satisfaction management, and working with partners to elevate the cooperation level with NCs and installers; and by managing transaction models and contract quality, continuously improving transaction quality.

  • Lead and organize the company's resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners in terms of product solutions and customer business needs. Monitor changes in the industry environment and competitive dynamics, strive to create a harmonious business environment, and support the company's business objectives in this business unit.

  • Responsible for the construction of the partner ecosystem. This involves formulating partner development strategies and policies, managing the certification and development of the partners, building a digital operation platform for channels, establishing a healthy regional partner ecosystem, and supporting partners in achieving their business operation objectives.

  • Be responsible for formulating partner policies and processes within the region, and be responsible for external communication, release, and interpretation of these policies and processes, while also being responsible for internal implementation, monitoring, and control

  • Daily Data Analysis capability: Regular monitoring and analysis of data, visualization, root cause analysis, and report generation (Revenue, T1 & T2 PSI, WOS, rebates, etc.). Be sensitive to data, attention to detail, sense of responsibility.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3~10 years of experience in managing channels

  • Excellent English and Czech (negotiation level)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (electronic, photovoltaics etc.).

  • Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills;

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

  • Good planning and organizational skills;

  • Solid professional theoretical and systematic knowledge in photovoltaics

  • Experience in channel industry

  • Proficient in required professional skills and tools, like Word, PPT

  • Communication & teamwork

  • Time management & Execution

  • Problem solving & logical thinking
