As Channel Manager at Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe, you will lead the development and execution of channel strategy and programming across owned and managed, translating content into effective distribution, optimised release planning and measurable audience engagement. Using audience insights, platform expertise and performance data, you will define publishing logic, shape the content calendar at channel level and ensure content reaches the right audiences at the right time. Job DescriptionChannel Strategy & Programming
Translation of overall media and content strategy into channel-specific programming plans across owned and managed platforms
Definition of channel roles, content mix and platform-specific approaches based on audience behaviour
Alignment of programming with key race moments, rider stories and marketing projects
Development of YouTube as a core channel for long-form storytelling, recurring formats and audience growth
Content Distribution & Release Planning
Close collaboration with Project owners to brief content needs and align content development with programming strategies, ensuring it fits platform requirements and brings in audience insights
Ownership and execution of editorial plans across all owned and managed channels
Definition of publishing schedules, sequencing and timing per platform
Ensuring content is optimised for format, audience and platform requirements
Channel Performance & Optimisation
Definition of clear channel and content performance objectives based on data and insights
Monitoring of performance and continuous optimisation of distribution, timing and formats

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital strategy, media programming or social media management
Deep understanding of major digital platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, email and web) including formats, algorithms and audience behaviour
Proven ability to analyse content performance and translate insights into actionable programming and optimisation strategies
Strong understanding of content distribution, platform dynamics and audience engagement mechanics
Experience adapting content and channel strategies to different audiences and platforms
Experience working with content creators, social media managers and cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
Highly organised with strong project and time management skills in fast-paced environments
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
