Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the channel growth strategy & initiatives, budget planning and forecasting for indirect channel segment
- Responsible for orders growth and penetration
- Set plans, review performance and set strategy for product lines
- Identify key segments, initiatives, territories and product lines for GA and communicate GA strategy to regions to shape effective and efficient Go To Market strategies and team structure
- Collaborate with regions to shape the indirect channel structure, enhance the utilization of existing channels with a view to integrate and simplify where appropriate, help formulate strategies for identifying, developing and managing new channels by leveraging synergy across DE and sales teams
- Create a culture of highest integrity and compliance within indirect channels
- Ensure global compliance practices are followed for GA channel population
- Provide leadership and coordinate project management to various channel teams to deliver tools that support the channel business process utilizing quality principles
- Drive global processes around appointment, performance scorecards, commissions, onboarding and effectiveness
- Provide connectivity between the commercial processes & platforms with the channel organization
- Create business intelligence from connection of data in disparate processes
- Identify strategic objectives from channel data models to drive better mix and productivity across the partners
- Work with the partners to define relevant and tangible industry flags that provide direction in response to changing trends
- Provide region leadership, mentoring of team members and coach to increase levels of team performance
- Sharing channel effectiveness best practices and risk assessment capabilities across GA CEAP
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 2-5 years of experience in industry related sales, marketing or quality
- Channel commercial experience desired
- Demonstrated experience and success in process design, leadership of distributed teams and managing in a matrix environment.
- Strong process, analytical and communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs.
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport in matrix organization.
- Proven coordination and influencing skills in a global environment.
- Direct and/ or indirect leadership experience
- High ethics and integrity
- Fluent English
