Hours: 30 hours a week
Length of contract: 6-7 months
Manages Docker’s cross-platform social media calendar with precision, ensuring timely scheduling, pacing, and alignment with GTM priorities.
Own social content calendar and scheduling across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, BlueSky and emerging channels.
Develops weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards with benchmarks, performance insights and recommended actions to inform strategy.
Actively monitors content performance in real time, flagging trends, underperformance, and opportunities for optimization.
Maintains a structured, insight-driven feedback loop that helps guide planning and prioritization across all social content types.
Requirements:
5+ years in social media management with a focus on SaaS or developer tools.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Sprout Social, Airtable, or Notion.
Strong grasp of content pacing, sequencing, and channel-specific publishing mechanics.
Comfort translating metrics into strategy and stakeholder recommendations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
