We are seeking an experienced Channel Excellence Transformation Leader to drive strategic initiatives within the Enterprise Marketing function. This role will lead efforts to enhance our partner experience and marketing impact by listening to our customers, guiding process innovation, strengthening KPIs and analytics, inspiring organizational alignment and leading change management. Through strong collaboration and governance, the individual will empower large teams to deliver sustainable business processes, which enable our high-growth organization to scale for the future. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end business transformation projects with a focus on channel and/or marketing processes. 

  • Build a strong understanding of the business problems to be solved then lead with a customer-focused vision that inspires cross-functional teams to act.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project charters, business cases, transformation plans and KPI’s to guide successful achievement of business objectives.  

  • Provide leadership on digital projects as they progress through the intake, planning, execution and verification phases, acting as a digital Product Owner where appropriate. 

  • Implement communications and change management strategies to ensure broad awareness, executive support and successful adoption of new processes and technologies. 

  • Establish and leverage analytics to monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles across various projects that may impede the success of transformation projects. 

  • For the overarching business transformation initiative, guide project status meetings with all project managers as well as initiative communications. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation and channel marketing. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in business transformation or related roles, with a focus on marketing, technology, channel management and/or sales processes. 

  • Knowledge of visionary leadership approaches, voice of customer processes, change management methodologies, and project management principles. 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and address complex business challenges. 

  • Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. 

  • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends, technologies and best practices.

Pay Transparency
 
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
 
Compensation Range:

$123,500.00 - $229,500.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
