The Channel Enablement Specialist is new and critical role supporting channel learning activities driving productivity and confidence of our global partner organization. That means our channel partners need to become proficient and enabled to sell, design, and implement BlueCat solutions and you will lead the buildout.

 

Your main responsibility will be to create and own a new BlueCat Partner Enablement - a prescriptive channel certification program for sales, technical, and solution implementation ensuring key channel partners are fully enabled. This includes leveraging baseline content and existing sales training to create a certification program for our portfolio geared to partners. You will work with passionate Subject Matter Experts from across the business to build/leverage content.

 

We are looking for someone who has a ‘get it done’ attitude, takes ownership and builds credibility quickly and has previous experience managing partner training programs in an Enterprise Software/Technology company. You thrive in aggressive timelines and can work on multiple projects. This position is for someone who wants opportunities to grow quickly, obtain a lot of different experiences, work hard, but have a great time doing it.

 

This role will be part of the global Learning and Development Team with dotted line to the global channel organization. Key to success will be aligning training curriculums to partner levels. The Learning and Development Team is a tight group of high achievers who have built credibility within the business quickly, manage us to big deliverables, expect a lot from each other, and have a ton of fun making a positive impact in the organization.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

· Execute a world class channel training program which includes working directly with our valued external Channel Partners, Product Teams, Professional Services, internal Subject Matter Experts and Channel leaders.

· Manage learning assets, create content, build curriculums, and measure success of programs.

· Establish proper metrics for the channel enablement function and report on quantifiable progress over time by constantly taking initiative to gather feedback

· Monitor training through various evaluative methods (reports, evaluations, participant stats) to identify opportunities for improvement

· Own the Channel Enablement Library and ensure all information is accurate

· Perform gap analysis of current curriculum and work with other departments to identify gaps for eligibility and program content

· Manages Channel Learning Management System (LMS) content including assets, building learning paths, analyzing learner results maintenance, certifications, gamification and improvements

· Develops and maintains channel training collateral aligning with business needs that integrate adult education principles using the appropriate learning vehicles (course outlines, slides, participant/learning guides, pitch decks, job aids, quick reference guides, eLearning, video) with an emphasis on digital learning

· Provides support with research, recommendations, development and administration of various learning programs as required

· Assess partner training requirements to build appropriate programs for specific partners

· Facilitate a training program

· Experience delivering remote training

 

This is you:

· Self-starter, self-driven - when you see a gap, you fill it

· You have 5+ years of experience of experience in Sales, Technical and/or Channel Enablement and training programs

· Good at simplifying complex concepts, distilling value statements down to their essence

· Proven track record of success in Learning & Development at a fast-paced technology company

· Solid facilitation experience.

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

· Strong presence and demonstrated ability to establish credibility with leadership.

· Ability to create and deliver enablement content against deadlines

· Strong project management skills

· You know your way around Salesforce, Gong, Highspot and/or Allbound

· Networking knowledge - ISC BIND and DHCPD knowledge a bonus!

· Experience with an LMS (SAP Litmos experience a bonus) is required

· Adult Education or Sales Enablement certification in flight or completed

· Demonstrate a personal commitment to lifelong learning
