Role Title: Channel Distributor Manager
Location: Zamboanga - Field Based
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
- Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross- functional engagement and stakeholder management
- Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B, assortment targets, etc.)
- Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in place,]
- Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
- Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience Account Management, distributor or key accounts, or has worked in Unilever
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong operational skills
- Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for action
- Can drive and willing to do heavy field work within assigned area or nearby provinces
