Job Description:
Provides tactical leadership for the development and performance of Allison’s global channel network. Develops and embeds data‑driven decision making tools, to optimize distributor performance. Provides analytics & insights to guide key business initiatives and champions Brand Guideline governance with channel network. Owns and manages Allison digital content platforms ie HUB to ensure effective information and collaborative resources are available to our Channel partners. Plans and executes appropriate channel related events driving key stakeholder engagement and communication.
Works cross functionally with ATI Legal, Customer Support, Marketing, Regional Sales, and DDMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- HUB content Management (Development and Utilization)
- Ensure compliance with Brand Guidelines across our Channel
- Leverage Power BI/Data & Analytics/Market Plans to develop Channel Dashboard
- Distribute and manage quarterly channel market insights
- Management and execution of channel related events
Key Performance Measures:
- Development and Management of a Global Channel Dashboard
- Audit channel partners on a regular basis to ensure/enforce compliance of Brand Guidelines
- Quarterly channel market insights
- Evolution of the HUB
- Ongoing development and ownership of Market Plans

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Analytical skillset for data analysis with the ability to summarize and draw conclusions and submit proposals based on findings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related industry such as automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial or off-highway end-markets.
