The CDR will support day-to-day channel activities, including outbound partner outreach, CRM and partner portal management, and execution of partner programs and incentives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in channel sales and partner development within a fast-growing organization.

If the above excites you, RADICL Defense is seeking high performing, motivated individuals to join our mission. As an early member, you will work closely alongside an experienced founding team and realize the life-changing experience of building a company. You will work with the latest technologies in software, cybersecurity, and cloud and will have a significant impact on the formation of our platform and offering.

About You
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong ability to get things done. You’re comfortable using modern tools including AI to work efficiently and drive better outcomes. You’re a self-starter who enjoys contributing to a high-performing team but can also operate independently when needed.

You’re detail-oriented and take pride in keeping data clean, organized, and accurate. Most importantly, you’re motivated to grow your career in channel development and contribute to a high-growth cybersecurity organization.

As a RADICL Channel Development Representative (CDR), you will:

  • Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement.
  •  Maintain the partner portal, ensuring resources and tools are current and accessible.
  •  Keep CRM data accurate, including partner activity, deal registrations, and pipeline.
  •  Assist with partner programs and incentives to drive engagement and performance.
  •  Track and report on partner activity, pipeline, and program effectiveness.
  •  Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution partners to support go-to-market efforts.
  •  Help plan and execute partner events, webinars, and campaigns.

Your skillset/experience should include:

  • Confident in outbound outreach—cold calling, handling objections, and booking meetings.
  •  Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn quickly.
  •  Familiarity with channel partners (VARs, MSPs, distributors) or a willingness to dive in.
  •  Organized and detail-oriented, with analytical or CRM and data management skills.
  •  Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a drive to grow in sales.
