About the Role

As a Channel Development Representative (CDR), you will serve as the first point of contact for all partner-related inbound activity—including deal registrations, partner inquiries, co-sell leads, product questions, event leads, and other related requests. Your mission is to ensure fast, accurate triage of this inbound activity and contribute to an exceptional partner experience while improving the conversion rate of partner-sourced opportunities.

This role sits within the Channels & Partnerships organization and acts as the connective tissue between Envoy’s partner ecosystem, our Channel Account Managers (CAMs), Sales, and Operations. You’ll help enforce qualification standards, maintain pipeline hygiene, and support the growth of partner-led revenue.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage high-volume operational workflows with precision. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for someone interested in the highly dynamic Channels/Partnerships ecosystem.

This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will

Triage & Qualification

  • Serve as the first responder for the majority of partner-related inbound activity (deal registrations, inquiries, co-sell leads, portal submissions, etc.).

  • Ensure fast “speed-to-lead” and accurate qualification based on predefined criteria.

  • Conduct a lightweight discovery to validate opportunity fit and partner readiness.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain consistent pipeline hygiene across CRM and partner tooling.

  • Identify misaligned or incomplete submissions and work with partners to resolve them quickly.

  • Track and escalate patterns of misqualification to CAMs and Partner Operations.

Partner Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional, responsive experience to Envoy’s partner community.

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on product basics, deal-reg guidelines, and next steps.

  • Help partners navigate the partner portal, co-sell processes, and program requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with CAMs to hand off qualified opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product to resolve issues and improve partner workflows.

  • Provide field feedback to improve partner-facing documentation, forms, and processes.

Team & Process Development

  • Contribute to building scalable processes for inbound partner management.

  • Recommend improvements to speed, qualification accuracy, and overall partner experience.

  • Participate in team training, development, and knowledge sharing.

You have
  • 1+ years of post-grad work experience (preferably in technology).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • High integrity and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize high-volume, time-sensitive workflows.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to dive into complex GTM systems.

  • A strong sense of ownership and autonomy.

  • Interest in channel sales and/or the overarching partner ecosystems.

You’ll get
  • A high degree of trust and ownership over a critical part of the partner experience.

  • The opportunity to collaborate with talented CAMs, Partner Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams.

  • A supportive and inclusive culture where your contributions matter immediately.

  • Exposure to how channel programs, partner operations, and GTM engines function at scale.

  • Clear pathways for professional development within Channels & Partnerships (e.g., Channel Account Manager, Alliance Manager, and related roles).
