Preferred Qualifications- Own the Channel Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the distributor and reseller channels, including healthcare technology and MedSurg, aligning initiatives with business and sales goals to drive awareness, engagement, and profitable growth.
- Partner Engagement & Growth: Design and deliver campaigns, programs, and communications that strengthen partner relationships, improve partner satisfaction, and expand channel performance.
- Sales Enablement: Equip channel partners’ sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively position and sell our products. Develop partner toolkits, playbooks, presentations, and other enablement resources that support revenue generation. Introduce and onboard new products through the channel.
- Program Execution: Manage a robust channel partner program that includes growth rebates, MDF, co-op marketing, and other support benefits, ensuring alignment with partner capabilities and market opportunities. Manage MDF budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Commercial Marketing, Global Creative and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on campaign effectiveness, partner engagement metrics, and ROI to inform ongoing strategy and optimization.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support overall channel marketing goals.
