In this role, you will
Contribute to business goals by developing and implementing effective sales channel and commercial operations strategies that align with global and local standards.
Manage, plan, and ensure the local execution of division and business line channel strategies to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets, including orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the local implementation and continuous development of the Value Provider Program and its related activities.
Proactively monitor channel performance, implementing corrective actions to ensure business growth when needed.
Lead the deployment of marketing and commercial operations strategies.
Contribute to business goals by developing and implementing innovative marketing activities, effective lead management, and inside selling, in line with global and local standards.

Channel order growth.
Number of Channel Authorizations.
Share of Marketing qualified leads that get converted into Sales qualified leads.
YoY Growth of Sales qualified leads.

This role is contributing to the Robotics Business in South East Asia, Oceania, Middle East and Africa (SOMA)
You will be mainly accountable for:
Define and implement the market channel sales strategy in line with the marketing and sales strategy, ensuring regular follow-up.
Manage and drive the Value Provider Program, including maintaining existing and onboarding new channel partners.
Identify and evaluate sales channels with the Sales management team. Lead authorization plans and targeted switch activities with Sales and Inside Sales teams.
Manage, build, and develop the Commercial Operations functions and responsibilities to support strategy execution and business objectives.
Orchestrate and secure alignment between various functions within the team and with other stakeholders to ensure effective operations and resource utilization.
Manage the assigned budget effectively, delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs. Define key channel targets (e.g., volume, prices, mix) and ensure these are achieved in the specified market.
Collect data and provide sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to local markets and trends.Monitor local market trends and recommend adjustments to the strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive landscapes.

A min. of 4 years of experience in working with channel partners within Robotics is an advantage.
Experienced in marketing strategies, channel sales business, and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and purpose-driven approach.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is a merit
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
