Key Responsibilities - You will do:

  • Revenue Generation: Driving sales growth through indirect channels.

  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact and building trust with partner leadership.

  • Strategy & Planning: Developing joint business plans, marketing strategies, and sales targets.

  • Enablement: Training partners on products, services, and value propositions.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs (sales targets/forecast, conversion rates) and conducting business reviews.

  • Sales Support: Assisting with deal registration, joint sales calls, and pipeline management.

  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between partners or with direct sales teams.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Driving partner marketing (MDF) to generate leads.

  • Prospecting and Building Pipeline with and for partners.

 

Background and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–7+ years in channel sales, business development, or account management, often with experience in SaaS or technology.

  • Advanced English level required - Effective communication in complex, professional scenarios is part of the role.

  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools
