The Role

As a member of the Regional Channel team, you will collaborate with Zoom’s top partners across the Central United States. These activities may include discovering and delivering flexible solutions for Zoom’s modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of the Zoom platform to help partners understand where their customer organizations can be more productive, collaborative and mobile to meet the changing demands of their industry. Your opportunity is to delight partners and their customers by doing what’s right for their business and to meet them where they are in their cloud journey and provide them with the best solutions for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Enable the Zoom partners to sell the Zoom platform solutions to new and existing customers. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at these partners.  

  • Collaborate with account managers, technical architects, and other team members to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales goals. 

  • Align with the Zoom Sales Leaders to ensure the channel partners are providing value to help grow their business.  

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, both in person and virtually. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Zoom's product roadmap to provide customers with the latest information and insights. 

  • Developing standardized methodologies for partner sales motions that remove friction across the sales cycle, build trust, and ensure partner success with Zoom technology.

  • Forecast, track key account metrics and identify trends. 

  • Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.

  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$128 600,00

Maximum:

$257 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
