We are now seeking a National Distributor Account Manager to strengthen our distributor partnerships, drive commercial growth, and support our strategic objectives across the UK.
About the Role
As a National Distributor Account Manager, you will take ownership of the growth and retention of an agreed distributor portfolio. You will co-develop strategic direction, build strong commercial plans, and expand relationships with key partners. Working closely with field sales teams, you will support demand creation among end-users and ensure seamless execution across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Execution
· Define and deliver clear business objectives aligned with company targets to win, grow, and retain business
· Build joint business plans and review progress in quarterly meetings with each distributor
· Collaborate with internal teams to secure full operational support and ensure objectives are delivered on time
· Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to promote the Diversey offering
· Drive direct and indirect sales growth through targeted initiatives and field activation
· Foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong team culture
Sales Management & Performance Tracking
· Manage sales funnel quality, win rates, account plans, customer value creation, and white-spot analysis using Salesforce
· Create and maintain growth funnels for key customers and segments
· Ensure SLA compliance and deliver high-quality customer interactions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Technical Customer Service, Sales Support, Application Experts, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams
· Ensure smooth coordination to deliver integrated customer solutions

· Knowledge of ship-through/POR and indirect commercial processes
· High level of IT competency
· Ability to manage categories across operating companies and channels
· Experience with contract renewal processes
