The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Home Lending Change Management Performance Monitoring Business Execution Senior Manager to support the Business Execution and Planning team within the Home Lending Change Management organization.

The Home Lending Performance Monitoring Manger and team will be responsible for performance monitoring that services all change management stakeholders in Home Lending. This team is responsible for monitoring the performance of the Home Lending change management process in alignment with ECM and Technology policy and procedure. They will create and establish the reporting and monitoring for the risk and controls across all the change management processes in partnership with change control and other change management stakeholders. The Home Lending Performance Monitoring Manager will be directly responsible for routine and ad hoc performance reporting initiatives. You will be a leader of advanced analytics and initiatives to provide data and reporting to assist with and diagnose root cause of problems and drive process performance improvement and you will interact with Home Lending product leaders to cover products, technologies, change and business operations. As well as, lead group initiatives related to the Home Lending Change Management future state model, including ensuring that the future state model is in alignment with defined Wells Fargo Business Process Management standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Home Lending senior leaders and decision makers.

  • Develop root cause research and business care for proposed technology, product, staff, and structure changes, including researching cost estimates.

  • Help establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements using formal performance measures and methods.

  • Ideate data solutions against proposed business use-cases

  • Ensure development of metrices that provide data for future improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure appropriate application of performance statistical approaches to identify key factors or evidence of performance change.

  • Coach product teams to process improvement tools and techniques.

  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet change management objectives.

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as needed.

  • Lead team to achieve change management objectives.

  • Present data concepts to various audiences including control and audit partners

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

  • Working closely with Business Intelligence team to create dashboards and ad hoc reports as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years Management and Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating reporting and performance metrics

  • Visualization experience in condensing complex data/material to easily consumable insights

  • Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data

  • Ability to advise on program/project design and related concepts

  • Experience designing and enhancing risk management and control enhancement related processes.

  • Experience in product management, customer journey analysis, or customer experience design.

  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

  • Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior management

  • Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to coach, manage, lead professionals

  • Experience within Home Lending Products and Services

  • Knowledge and experience data analytics tool, SQL, Tableau, business object.

  • Experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools

  • Experience designing and developing business intelligence or data analytics applications using tools such as Tableau

  • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau reports/dashboards

Job Expectations:

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

  • New York City: $138,500 to $287,600 annually

  • Other Locations: $120,400 to $250,000 annually
