Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Change Management & Adoption (Primary Focus):
- Design and execute change management strategies that support organizational initiatives, integrations, and operational transformations.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate how changes affect departments, roles, processes, and systems.
- Develop transition plans to phase out legacy processes while integrating new workflows with minimal disruption.
- Promote employee engagement and participation to increase ownership, adoption, and commitment to change initiatives.
- Identify sources of resistance through feedback, surveys, and stakeholder input, and develop targeted strategies to address concerns proactively.
- Partner with leaders and key influencers to champion change, model desired behaviors, and reinforce accountability.
- Foster a change-ready culture that views change as a necessary and ongoing part of business growth.
- Communication, Training & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and execute communication plans that clearly outline what is changing, why, when, and how, tailored to different audiences.
- Facilitate two-way communication by creating feedback channels and ensuring employee concerns are heard and addressed.
- Coordinate with functional teams to support development and delivery of training materials, workshops, and learning resources tied to change initiatives
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the change lifecycle.
- Measurement, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of change initiatives.
- Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust change strategies based on data and outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve change management practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Project Management Support (Secondary Focus):
- Support project initiation and planning activities, including scope definition, requirements gathering, and timeline development.
- Assist with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and communicating status updates.
- Support project closure activities, including documentation, handoff to operational teams, and post-go-live support.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Experience driving change initiatives in complex, operational environments, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or similar industries.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and reporting.
- Ability to assess organizational readiness, anticipate resistance, and design effective adoption strategies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, interpret data, and make informed recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Position requires up to 25% travel, with a flexible schedule as needed to meet business and project objectives.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
Qualifications - Education, Experience, Certifications, and Licenses:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in leading or supporting change initiatives.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or operations-focused organizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
