To help drive this change, we’re looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Change Manager to work within our Business Improvement Team in South Brisbane.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to lead the change strategy and execution for a multi-country ERP implementation. This is a high-impact role that will shape how thousands of employees across diverse regions adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead end-to-end change management planning and execution
- Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple countries, cultures and businesses
- Design and deliver communication, stakeholder, sponsor and reinforcement plans to support adoption
- Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics and resistance trends, adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness and transition plans
- Deliver effective communication and engagement strategies in collaboration with each individual business.
- Identify risks, remove barriers, and support a smooth transition to new ways of working
About You
- Proven experience managing change for large-scale ERP implementations (essential)
- Degree qualified in a related field
- Proven experience in project change management, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement and internal communication (minimum six years’ experience)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments
- Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
- A passion for enabling adoption, with a people-first mindset
