Provide change management support to EuroQCI activities, including secretariat services and change impact assessments.
As part of the Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:
Support shall include secretariat support to:
- The EuroQCI Engineering Board
- The Programme Configuration Control Board (PCCB)
This support shall include:
- Preparation and circulation of meeting agendas
- Organisation of meeting dates, logistics, and document distribution
- Collection and consolidation of input documentation
- Preparation and issuance of Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Tracking of actions and decisions
The Contractor shall perform change impact analyses covering both:
a) Programmatic Impact Analysis, including:
- Schedule impact assessment
- Cost impact assessment
- Resource implications
b) Technical Impact Analysis, including:
- Requirements impact
- Architectural implications
- Design trade-offs
- Verification and validation impacts
- Description of the proposed change
- Assumptions
- Impact assessment
- Conclusions and recommendations
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Master's in Engineering or equivalent university degree;
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or change management
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
