About the Role

The Change Management Specialist supports data center operations by creating and managing technical procedures and ensuring all changes are clearly communicated and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain technical procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs)
  • Work with engineers and operations teams to document processes and changes
  • Ensure all changes are tracked in ticketing/CMMS systems
  • Communicate change updates to clients and internal teams
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation
  • Maintain and update procedures throughout their lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a data center or critical facilities environment
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), including power and cooling infrastructure
  • Experience creating or maintaining technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or similar documentation)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, accurate technical documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams regarding change activities
  • Proficiency with standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with change management or change control processes in operations environments
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CMMS systems (e.g., EnCompass, ServiceNow, UpKeep)
  • Experience working with critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems)
  • Experience in data center operations, facilities, or engineering environments
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a data center environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders and access equipment in elevated areas
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and outdoor conditions
  • Good manual dexterity and vision to safely work around equipment and follow safety protocols
  • Valid driver’s license, as required

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The hourly rate for this role is $44.00 per hour]. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. This posted hourly rate is the final rate of pay for the position, based on job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
