Summary

Amadeus is looking for an Operational Excellence Change Management Specialist to join our Customer Operations organization and lead the people side of our operational excellence deployments. In this role, you will define and execute change management plans that ensure new processes, tools and ways of working are understood, adopted and sustained by internal and external stakeholders across our sites in Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice and Madrid. Key Responsibilities

  • Frame the change approach for operational excellence initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and readiness analysis.

  • Build and execute change, communication and training plans, adapting them as needs evolve.

  • Manage the network of change agents and super-users, and facilitate workshops and feedback loops to drive adoption.

  • Apply a structured change management methodology (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter) alongside the Amadeus project management methodology.

  • Define and monitor adoption KPIs (usage, proficiency, compliance, satisfaction), track performance against plan and propose corrective actions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to leadership and Business Lines to support governance and decision-making.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in change management, ideally within operational excellence, transformation or large-scale deployment projects.

  • Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter).

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across departments and sites.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for senior leadership and impacted teams.

  • Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment (Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, Madrid).

  • Analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking adoption and performance KPIs.

  • A proactive, empathetic approach to managing resistance and driving sustainable adoption.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
