The Bank Channel Change Management Lead drives bank-partner-centric change initiatives that strengthen service delivery, elevate risk and compliance standards, and scale payment and invoice automation solutions across our bank reseller ecosystem. This role leads cross-functional change efforts—across process, technology, operations, and regulation—to ensure initiatives align with business goals, bank partner expectations, and client outcomes.

This leader owns end-to-end change execution, including communication, training, adoption, and risk mitigation, ensuring changes land effectively with bank partners, their clients, and internal teams to deliver measurable partner satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead bank-partner-centric change strategies for service delivery, technology, operational, and regulatory initiatives across our bank reseller channel.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership (Channel Management, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Product, Implementation, Sales, IT) to align change execution with bank partnership objectives.
  • Develop and execute communication plans that articulate upcoming changes, keeping channel managers, bank partner stakeholders, and clients informed and aligned.
  • Oversee training and enablement programs for channel managers and bank-facing teams to support new tools, products, workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Incorporate partner and client feedback into change strategies, adjusting approaches based on insights, regulatory updates, and market shifts.
  • Define, track, and analyze adoption metrics tied to partner satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), service quality, risk posture, and revenue growth.
  • Identify operational, regulatory, and reputational risks, creating proactive mitigation strategies to overcome resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating change results, applying industry best practices, and refining change methodologies.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams with a strong partner-centric and compliance-minded lens.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in change management, program management, partner/channel management, or related roles.
  • 5+ years in a lead role developing programs, partner experiences, or cross-functional change initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or equivalent practical experience; change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are a plus.
  • Proven track record executing change initiatives within highly regulated, financial institution, or partner-dependent environments.
  • Strong understanding of bank risk, compliance, and service delivery expectations, alongside established change management principles.
  • Experience in payments, B2B fintech, or financial services, specifically working with bank reseller or channel partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders internally and across bank partner organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience establishing measurement frameworks to track adoption, partner satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and commercial impact.
  • Proficiency with tools such as CRM platforms (Salesforce), project management software, and change management systems.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented leader comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes in a fast-paced environment.
