The Change Management Lead – Digital Transformation is responsible for shaping and executing the change strategy across initiatives, ensuring that business stakeholders are fully engaged, supported, and prepared for adoption. This role bridges the gap between strategic intent and operational execution through a structured approach to change.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business goals, stakeholder needs, and project timelines.
- Conduct change readiness and impact assessments to identify stakeholder segments, adoption barriers, risks, and organizational impacts.
- Define and own integrated change management plans that include communication, training, engagement, and resistance management components.
- Develop and execute tailored change activities such as workshops, feedback loops, stakeholder mapping, and communications.
- Document all change management activities and outputs, maintaining traceability for audit, governance, and future reference.
- Ensure change initiatives land effectively by aligning efforts with key landing patterns, business rhythms, and user needs.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and change agents to help them fulfill their change leadership roles.
- Design and lead post-launch reinforcement strategies to monitor adoption, measure success, and implement corrective actions.
- Integrate change management with change delivery and program governance, ensuring alignment with milestones and decision points.
- Define and track change KPIs and adoption metrics and deliver reports that inform leadership and guide next steps.
- Facilitate change champion networks or peer-to-peer support mechanisms to drive grassroots engagement.
- Manage stakeholder communications, crafting clear, timely, and targeted messaging to drive awareness and alignment.
- Support cultural alignment and behavior change initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainability of the change.
- Background in Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 5 or more years leading change management efforts in large or global environments
- Background in consulting or project-based environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci), and tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—written, verbal, and visual
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
- Skilled in planning, facilitating, and leading discussions or workshops
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable change plans
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- Analytical skills to assess change impact and track adoption metrics
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to navigate resistance and promote adoption
- Familiarity with digital tools for collaboration, communication, and tracking (e.g., Microsoft 365, Miro, ClickUp, Smartsheet)

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
