What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Change Management consultant to support client-facing engagements. This role focuses on enabling successful adoption of change through effective training, stakeholder support, and structured change planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating meetings and trainings, and translating change needs into practical, actionable plans.
This role is high visibility and has regular interaction with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, lead and facilitate training sessions for client teams.
Design and develop training plans and materials, using PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools.
Create change management plans that support successful adoption and readiness.
Work directly with clients to understand needs, gather input, and support change-related activities.
Document and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and decisions from client meetings.
Support and facilitate high visibility meetings.
Collaborate with consulting team members to align change activities with broader project goals.
Support ongoing communication and coordination related to change initiatives.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
FOUR (4) years of relevant experience in experience in change management, consulting, or a related role
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills and experience leading training sessions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and follow-up.
Familiarity with USTRANSCOM
Experience writing government proposals
