The Change Management Consultant is expected to collaborate with stakeholders to navigate organizational transformations. Working with the Change Management Lead, the Change Consultant will assess stakeholder change impact, help formulate the change management plan, craft communication plans, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or structures.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their change goals and challenges.
- Help assess the impact of planned changes and identify potential risks or resistance factors.
- Develop and implement tailored change management plans to support successful transitions
Accountabilities:
- Successful implementation of change management plans for assigned projects.
- Deliver clear and effective communication strategies for assigned projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to achieve their desired business outcomes through successful change initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change initiatives.
- Staying current on emerging trends and best practices in change management.
- Design clear communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in change management consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Change Management training from Prosci, CCMP or similar institutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in change management software and tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Six Sigma training and certification is an advantage
- Project Management training and certification is an advantage
- : Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
- Open to shifting or night shift scheule
- Ability to travel as needed
